Reservation conditions (Accommodation)

Check in - check out:

• The arrival time is from 12:30 pm (in case you arrive earlier you can leave you luggage with us).
• The check out time is from 10:00 am to 13:00 pm. In case you would like to stay more time please let us know and we will do our best for you to have a late check out.
We will be grateful if you could let us know you arrival time. Our check in service is from 08.30am to 12.30pm in winter time and until 19.00 pm in summer time. Depending of the arrival time we will explain you where and how collect the room keys.
Car Parking

There is at your disposal a free private parking located 200 m from hotel. At your arrival we explain you how to find it and the keys to go in.

Breakfast

Breakfast buffet is served from 08.30 am a 10:30am
Please let us know should you need any special products ( celiac, soya, vegetarian..) We accept any requirement telling us before arrival.
Half Board
Please take note that the Restaurant is closed in winter time. The dinner is served in local restaurant closed to the Son Sant Jordi. The dinner is a 3 course meal menu, choices of starters, main courses and dessert. Drinks are not included. Schedule from 7pm till 10pm

Cancelation policy (Accommodation)

• If cancelled at least 15 days before reservation, no penalty.

• If cancelled 15 days or less before reservation or in case of no-show :
the hotel will charge 10% of the total amount of stay.
